The National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies – MED4EBM Tunisian partner – is looking for a service provider for financial coordination assistance.
The service provider will be in charge of the below tasks:
- Establishment and monitoring of time sheets of the project staff
- Assistance in drafting financial reports
- Assistance with the auditor during the expenditure verification
- Drafting budget revision requests to the beneficiary partner of the project
- Participate in drafting project ToR
- Verification of procurement procedures before payments for services
- Coordination with the organization in charge of the financial management of the project if necessary
- Participate in planning seminars in the frame work of the project
