The contract covers the recruitment of a technical assistance team to support the Ministry of Trade in the management of the Support Program for the implementation of the Association Agreement (P3A). The team will consist of key experts in the areas of institutional strengthening, project management and administration including twinning projects as well as ad-hoc experts for short-term interventions in various fields covered by the Program.
