The contract concerns the provision of long-term expertise for the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPMDREF (2)) in Rabat and the regional directorates of agriculture in the two pilot regions (long-term expertise in 3 locations). It also concerns the provision of a pool of short-term expertise to support the administrative services of the Ministry of Agriculture at Central and Territorial level for the implementation and monitoring of activities related to the territorial development support programme – SNDERZM component. And more specifically, component 2 of this strategy.
The contract will include study/survey services, technical assistance missions, training services, and the organisation and support of international visits.
