TunisiaSupport for Tunisia’s association with the H2020 research programme
Contract description:
Provide high level expertise to support Tunisia’s association with the European H2020 research and innovation programme. The expertise sought will ensure support, training of trainers and final beneficiaries, and advice for institutional decision-makers and project leaders, taking into account the following three areas of action:
— strengthening the international projection of Tunisian R & I through the successful association with the European H2020 research programme,
— the professionalisation and sustainability of the governance mechanism of Tunisia’s association with the H2020 programme,
— Tunisia’s association with the H2020 programme is a lever and an opportunity for socio-economic development.
This expertise will be ensured through a central expertise focused on high-level technical assistance to provide mainly:
— diagnostic studies, devising of strategies and action/communication plans, procedures manuals to improve the governance of Tunisia’s association with the H2020 programme, and capacity-building of Tunisian entities in drafting, setting up and implementing H2020 research projects,
— awareness-raising activities (seminars, workshops, etc.) and dissemination of information,
— training actions and training of trainers in the development of new skills and jobs needed to strengthen Tunisia’s participation in the H2020 programme,
— coaching and support actions to set up European projects.
