To strengthen the capacity of Jordan’s Department of Statistics (DoS) in terms of compilation, analysis and reporting of statistical data in line with International and European best practices, through the development of business and population statistics, and enhancement of DoS’s statistical outputs via adopting new policy-oriented statistics, and updating methodologies particularly for survey-based data.
