The Senior Programme Manager will lead the EU-funded “Tfanen Tunisie Creative” Programme managed by the British Council (value 5.5 million EUR over three years) and delivered in partnership with EUNIC (the European Union National Institutes of Culture).
S/he will act as the programme lead, co-ordinating the strategic vision to achieve its aims in advancing culture and development in Tunisia. Additional key responsibilities include managing internal and external resources to meet business targets, delivery milestones and client deadlines. Using the British Council’s standards, policies and frameworks, the Senior Programme Manager will ensure that Tfanen is managed in a way that maximises client satisfaction, compliance with British Council internal policy, compliance with EU contractual requirements and contribution to cultural relations impact.
