The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance for the EU’s support programme for prison reform in Morocco as part of its support for the implementation of policies for prisoners’ social rehabilitation and the prevention of re-offending, through the provision of long-term and short-term expertise services for implementing a reception, evaluation and support system for prisoners, intervention programmes, applied research and strengthening mechanisms for cooperation and participation with civil society.
