TunisiaVaccination, health, education, social protection: A year of European solidarity with Morocco in the fight against covid-19
A year ago today, the European Union presented its plan for a comprehensive response to support all countries in their fight against the coronavirus. In Morocco, the European Union has indeed disbursed nearly 5 billion dirham of promised subsidies, in support of the Covid Fund and in particular to the benefit of vital sectors, such as health, social protection and education.
This solidarity is expressed in particular through the combination of resources from the EU, its Member States and European financial institutions, as “Team Europe”.
In 2021, the European Union remains committed to Morocco, in the continuity of the partnership and its support to the Kingdom to counter the health and socio-economic consequences of the pandemic.
