Following the initial judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence delivered last November under the framework of EU-funded CyberSouth project, the Council of Europe and the Tunisian Superior Institute of Magistrates (ISM) organised an advanced training session on 5-8 February dedicated to the magistrates who successfully completed the basic course. The aim of this activity was to improve the knowledge of the participants on cybercrime and electronic evidence by analysing legislative aspects and investigative instruments used for practical cases.

CyberSouth is a joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe. It contributes to the prevention and control of cybercrime and other offences involving electronic evidence in the region of the Southern Neighbourhood, in line with international human rights and rule of law standards and good practices.
