Thanks to efforts put forth by the European Union, a group of Moroccan executives visited Belgium on a study trip where they were able to observe best practices for vocational training in the craft sector.

The participants coming from the Secretariat of State in charge of Vocational Training (SEFP) and the Handicrafts and Solidarity Economy (SEAES) leveraged this opportunity to exchange ideas with leaders of the “FOREM” training center. Next, they visited the training center for Construction in Frameries and the Cluster for Stone in Soignies, and concluded the exchange with a few meetings with “Brussels Training”.

This visit was financed as part of a study to assess the craft sector’s needs in Morocco, with the aim to develop a training plan for 2027.
