The 1st visual art competition among ESMES energy teams in 5 public schools in Lebanon was just launched.

The energy teams consist of a number of students and a teacher in the school to spread awareness to their colleagues in the school on how to minimize energy consumption through training and sessions held in the school.

This is a great opportunity for the students to show their passion for the environment and renewable energy through visual art. The deadline to submit the drawings is 15 September.

EU-funded ESMES project addresses the common challenge of fostering renewable energies and reducing energy use, with the common perspective of: adapting to Med climate conditions, finding innovative, effective ways of optimizing renovation investments and reducing the effects on electricity network.
