Jordanians and Syrian refugees receive opportunities to enter the labour market in Jordan thanks to the EU

Yesterday, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) QUDRA Programme held a Career Day in the premises of Luminus Technical University College. The programme is financed by the European Union through the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian crisis “the Madad Fund “.

During the event, 23 companies from different sectors offered career opportunities to young Jordanian citizens and Syrian refugees Career Day participants.

The German Government also offered vocational trainings to 5000 young Jordanian citizens and Syrian refugees to prepare them for the labour market.
