How is plastic made? Where does it go? How do dangerous chemicals found in plastics make their way into the environment, the food chain, and eventually into the human body?

On July 31, at 19:30, at Park HaAliya HaShniya, there will be a screening of the environmental documentary “Plastic Planet – RE: think” by filmmaker Werner Boote. The film attempts to tell the full story of plastic and will be shown with Hebrew subtitles.

The screening is part of the EU-funded project “Tomorrow Today” implemented by Goethe-Institut Israel for EUNIC Israel, which promotes awareness of the important issues underlying environmental sustainability and the impact of climate change.
