Qudra is currently rehabilitating Jordanian schools in communities with high numbers of Syrian refugees. However, maintaining the new school facilities still remains a challenge. This is why it contracted with Globe Williams International to develop a facility management model for public schools in Jordan. Today, 48 participants from the directorates of the Ministry of Education were introduced to the pilot project and discussed specific roles and tasks within the model.

Qudra is a regional action financed by the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian crisis, the ‘Madad’ Fund and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), seeking to strengthen the resilience of Syrian refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities in response to the Syrian and Iraqi crises.
