EU-funded EBSOMED workshop to be held in Tunis

In the framework of the EU-funded EBSOMED project, a workshop on EU Projects Development  will be held in October 2018 in Tunis, Tunisia.

This one-day training on the theme “EU funds for Mediterranean BSOs’ cooperation: an overview of the opportunities available for Employers’ Confederations”, targets Business Support Organisations (BSOs) and mainly Employers’ Confederations and will be structured around four sessions:

  • An overview of the EU funding opportunities within the EU and for external cooperation;
  • How to define a funding strategy, to address common problems and to identify and collect available data;
  • The management and communication obligation during the implementation of a project co-funded by the European Commission;
  • Project evaluation.

Co-financed by the European Commission, EBSOMED is a 4-year project which was officially launched in June 2018 in Tunis. The project aims at boosting the Mediterranean business ecosystem and promoting inclusive economic growth and job creation, by enhancing the private sector environment and namely the Business Support Organisations in the Southern Neighbourhood countries.
