Maintaining a constant development of police services and enhancing the skills of senior Police Officers are vital for Police progress.
This week, the Chief of the Palestinian Civil Police led a team of senior Palestinian Police Officers, who together with the Head of EUPOL COPPS headed to Portugal.
The three-day visit was organised by EUPOL COPPS and aimed to familiarise the participants with the decision-making process, at the strategic level, used in the Portuguese Police.
