The Secretary General of Med-TSO, Angelo Ferrante, participated to the Business-To-Government High level Workshop “Accelerating the renewable energy transition in Jordan” organised by RES4Med Africa in Amman.
The workshop was focused on the long-term energy strategies and the grid solutions for integrating the renewable energy systems, attracting investments and exploiting the socio-economic benefits of renewables in Jordan.
Med-TSO is the Association of the Mediterranean Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for electricity, operating the High Voltage Transmission Networks of 19 Mediterranean Countries.
RES4Med is a leading platform for public-private dialogue in light of the renewable energy potential and growing energy demand of Southern-Mediterranean countries.
