Algeria: EU-funded training to help enhance business support organisations effectiveness

In the framework of EU-funded EBSOMED and as part of a coherent improvement process of the project, BUSINESSMED, based on the needs of Employers’ Organisations, will organize a Management Academy on Maximizing the Effectiveness of Business Support Organisations (BSOs) on 3-4 December 2018 in Algiers, Algeria.

The 2-day event will showcase how BSOs can be more efficient in the Mediterranean scenery. In cooperation with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) the operation aims to give assistance to Employers Organizations to become the representative and effective voice of business contributing to the creation of favourable conditions for sustainable development.

With this training, BUSINESSMED is aiming to reinforce Business Organizations’ strategy and added value through a practical and strategic framework that could significantly increase the chances of success and impact on Business.

Co-financed by the European Commission, EBSOMED is a 4-year project which was officially launched in June 2018 in Tunis. The project aims at boosting the Mediterranean business ecosystem and promoting inclusive economic growth and job creation, by enhancing the private sector environment and namely the Business Support Organisations in the Southern Neighbourhood countries.
