The vast majority of the Georgian population supports Georgia’s Euro-Atlantic. However, sociology studies indicate that pro-Russian dispositions have increased among the public since 2012.

Russia uses complex methods to influence Georgia’s political environment, altering the western course of the country’s development. The Kremlin actively utilizes direct and indirect methods to in uence political actors, media, NGOs and the church.

Russia occupies a significant part of Georgia’s territory, and continuously pressure Georgia using soft and hard powers.
