Between 10 and 12 October, Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) will participate in the EU Education Fair.
The event is the largest international education exhibition in the country, gathering leading domestic and foreign universities, educational centres, language courses and consulting companies in the field of education.
The EU stand will present various European educational institutions, language courses and student exchange programmes.
The YEAs prepared their own stand with gifts and quizzes related to Europe and youth. YEAs will provide visitors with detailed information about youth opportunities offered through various EU programmes and initiatives such as Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, Young European Ambassadors and many more.
It is expected that around 12,000 people will visit the exhibition over three days.
The ‘Young European Ambassadors’ initiative aims to foster cooperation and sustainable links between young people and youth organisations from the EU and its Eastern partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
The YEAs are the driving force of the ‘Young European Neighbours’ network, an online platform facilitating the mutual exchange of ideas and information on the EU, as well as the engagement of young people in informative activities.
The network is focused on dialogue-driven activities that contribute to a greater awareness and improved perception of the EU, and the enhanced assessment of its relations with the Eastern Neighbourhood.
