On 4 February, the Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) from Azerbaijan presented the Eastern Partnership European School, the EU4Youth initiative, Erasmus+ and other EU-funded opportunities available to Azerbaijani youth.

The presentation was held in the country’s capital Baku, and was part of the ‘Find Yourself with EU’ project , which aims to inform students about all EU-funded opportunities that they could take advantage of.

During the event, the YEAs talked about the importance of developing soft skills via different opportunities, such as the Young European Ambassadors initiative, the European Voluntary Service and others. They also distributed career aptitude tests that had been translated and tailored for the event.

The Young European Ambassadors initiative aims to foster cooperation and sustainable links between young people and youth organisations from the EU and its Eastern partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
