The United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine has announced the launch of a web portal for the Administrative Service Centre (ASC) of Sievierodonetsk City Council in the east of the country. The portal was developed under the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with funds provided by the EU.

The portal will allow people to request services virtually and track the progress of their applications. This means that ASC visitors no longer need to spend time in queues to receive services or consultations.

The portal will reduce the ASC’s workload, while also reducing the risk of coronavirus infection, as visitors will be allocated specific time slots to receive their services.

The portal’s online pre-order system would make administrative and social services more accessible, especially for people with disabilities and the elderly.
