On 26–29 November, experts from the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan will visit Romania to study the regulations, standards, methodologies and practices regarding self-evaluation and external evaluation of schools.

This study visit will provide an opportunity to see and discuss the implementation process between Azerbaijani and Romanian counterparts in order to avoid unexpected challenges.

The study visit will also help the Azerbaijani experts to develop contacts with their counterparts in Romania. It will include discussions on topics such as leadership, pupil management, human resources, evaluation and assessment, parents’ involvement, data analysis/reporting and monitoring, as well as effective communication.

The visit is being organised by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX), in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Pre-University Education.
