On 25–26 June, the European Commission is organising an Eastern Partnership conference in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi. The event will focus on promoting common values through education and culture.
The conference will address key issues related to democratisation, citizenship, integrity and inclusiveness of education, media literacy and intercultural dialogue. It will contribute to the ongoing debate on the future of learning, competences and skills development, and will foster dialogue and cooperation between the European Union and the Eastern Partnership region.
The conference is open to a wide range of experts, researchers, policymakers and civil society representatives active in the field of education (formal education at all levels, non-formal education and training) and culture.
