The EU4Youth ‘Social Entrepreneurship in Armenia and Georgia’ (SEAG) project is launching a grant competition for the development of youth social enterprises.

The grants will be provided to at least 12 legally registered organisations operating as a social enterprise or willing to work in the field of social entrepreneurship in the Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti regions of Georgia.

The application forms are available on the websites of the project’s implementing partners in Georgia – Mercy Corps Georgia and the Association of Business Consulting Organisations of Georgia (ABCO), as well as on ABCO’s Facebook page.

The deadline for submission of applications is 10 November, 2020.

The SEAG initiative fosters youth employment and societal change through the Social Entrepreneurship in border regions of Armenia and Georgia. The project supports development of the entrepreneurial potential of young people (ages 18-29) from Armenia and Georgia in the field of social entrepreneurship, notably with a view to contributing to social cohesion, employment, inclusion, and reduction of inequalities. The project is funded by the European Union under its EU4Youth Programme.
