On 25 June, the EU4Digital Digital Skills Network met online to discuss the methodology for measuring and forecasting digital skill gaps and the development of a competence framework for small and medium-sized enterprises and microbusinesses.

Supported by the EU4Digital Facility, the meeting also discussed upcoming training seminars and conferences on the digital skills for Industry 4.0, women’s mentorship programmes, and establishing and managing national coalitions for digital skills and jobs.

The objective of the meeting was to compare the results of previous activities and agree on the next steps for events planned for the summer and early autumn of 2020.

The EU4Digital Digital Skills Network serves as a platform for sharing best practices and experiences between the six Eastern partner countries and with the EU. It promotes synergy and develops ideas for joint harmonisation projects.
