On 10–13 June, nine Moldovan companies took part in a four-day training on e-commerce.
The purpose of the training was to provide clothing producers with strategic knowledge on how to conduct cross-border e-commerce. The training focused on six key areas to help companies expand their online presence and prepare products for online trade.
The event was organised by the International Trade Centre as part of the EU4Business “Ready to Trade” project.
The topics of the workshop had been chosen through stakeholder consultations and a baseline assessment.
The EU-funded Eastern Partnership: Ready to Trade project helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access new markets with a focus on the EU, helping SMEs identify and comply with quality and standards to meet international requirements, linking them with buyers along the value chain, and providing cluster support.
