This week, the Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Aliona Babak, and the Head of Cooperation of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Stefan Schleuning, handed over the keys at the opening of two mobile Administrative Service Centres (ASCs), which have been set up under the EU-funded U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The keys were handed over to the centres’ managers in the Ukrainian cities of Mezhova and Dunaivci.

By the end of the month, six mobile ASCs will begin operating in Ukraine and will provide more than 200,000 residents in 240 remote settlements with quality administrative services.

These ASCs are being established as part of the EU’s efforts to support decentralisation reform in Ukraine.
