On 21-25 January, an expert from Slovenia will visit Azerbaijan to provide guidance to the country’s State Committee on Property Issues in order to assist them with the updating of their strategy and business plans in line with the applicable international standards and legislation.
The expert will provide a comprehensive overview of the relevant provisions of the INSPIRE Directive and illustrate Slovenian best practice in terms of experience and implementation.
It is expected that this expert mission will contribute to enhancing the digitalisation and automation of processes, which in turn will ensure compliance of the administrative acts with the legislation. This will allow for sound state property management and a transparent and sustainable real estate registration system.
The workshop is being organised by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX) in cooperation with the State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan.
