I want to open my own office for pediatric practice including the opportunity to consult online and doctor home calls. My goal is to provide high-quality, and most importantly, affordable medical care for children. For example, a "mother-to-be school” will teach how to properly care for children, how to identify "red flags", and when to see a doctor immediately. I will also advise mothers on breastfeeding. I also plan to organise charity trainings, seminars and lectures on the topic of "First aid for children,” and conduct sex education lessons for middle and high school students.

In 2012, the Eco-Razeni NGO founded the first catering social enterprise in the Republic of Moldova - SIE Floare de cireş SRL, which offers training and employment for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, mainly with disabilities, from rural areas. More than 100 young women and men are already part of our success story. Moreover, the social enterprise supports 36 poor elderly people living alone in Razeni, delivering warm meals to their homes three times a week. The Warm Line project was born due to my desire to help others. As a matter of fact, I have a visual disability and I truly understand all the obstacles a person with a disability faces when looking for a job. I know how it feels to hear endless excuses and rejections. When I tried applying for a position as a psychologist in kindergartens and schools, I heard too many times the following standard employer’s answer: "We can't create special working conditions for you." That is why I understood that I needed to create my own job. At first, I didn't understand what kind of job exactly. The idea came to me when I was training people with disabilities to work as operators for the hotline "Stop COVID-19".

“Warm Line"- a line for lively, friendly communication. While calling us, people can share their concerns or tell a story to an operator. They can get support, understanding and acceptance. The employees of the line are people with visual impairments and musculoskeletal disorders. Before they start working as the operators, they are trained. We are happy to employ people with disabilities and give them the opportunity to earn a decent living, however at this stage the "Warm Line" is a volunteer service.

I am 30 years old and have been passionate about social entrepreneurship since 2016, when I went on a study visit to Poland, to a day care centre for people with disabilities, where they made hand-made articles on order. I wanted to do something similar in Moldova, and began by looking for as much information as I could. After participating in a social entrepreneurship conference in 2018 and meeting a Romanian expert who gave me some advice, I took the first steps towards my own social business. In October 2019, I opened a small shop in Ialoveni where I sell natural products and gifts, working with an NGO, whose employees make hand-made greeting cards, pouches and woven baskets. I'd like to start a workshop soon, and hire two-three people, who could make craft products on order.

I'm a social entrepreneur, a play expert, a volunteer, and mother of Elisa and Rebeca. I have been volunteering since the age of 15. In 2008, I won an award for most active volunteer of the year. I am a graduate of Aspire Academy, YTILI, One Young World, Changemakerxchange, SEECEL, Responsible Business Generation. I have mentored and guided young people who wanted to open a business. I take care of the next generation. I like to think that I contribute alongside their parents and teachers to the education, training and growth of a new generation, which we dubbed ”The EduJoc Generation”. We founded “EduJoc” to promote mental development, continuous and active learning among children. We offer a wide range of role-playing games and educational toys that stimulate and leverage the creative potential of children.
