The European Commission (DG NEAR) is glad to announce the launch of a call for proposals for a grant for a new hub for structured dialogue in the Neighbourhood South (up to 3 Million Euros, for about 3 years, implying action in the whole region) to engage in dialogue and partnerships, coordinate events and contribute to the political agendas related to the region.

The global objective of this hub is to promote citizen engagement and political participation of young women and men, empowering them to assume a central and visible role in addressing common social challenges in partnership with peers to the South and North of the Mediterranean.

This hub will indeed aim to engage CSOs from the Neighbourhood South in a more structured, inclusive, continuous and sustainable regional dialogue between civil society, EU institutions, regional entities and authorities.

The beneficiaries will coordinate policy dialogue within Civil society in the Neighbourhood South (including an online coordination platform), organise the logistics and facilitate events in the region and with the EU in Brussels, and, enhance dialogue and advocacy capacities in the region.
