Training courses on state regulation are now available to Ukrainian businesses thanks to the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) established in Ukraine through the EU4Business initiative.
The first course through the BRDO School will start on 20 February and will focus on regulation development. The other courses will focus on state policy analysis and regulatory impact analysis. BRDO experts will try to explain the theoretical foundations of state regulation in simple terms and in an integrated manner. They will discuss practical cases and personal experiences with state regulation.
The course is open to anyone who is interested and the participants will be selected on a competitive basis. Priority will be given to civil service experts working for different levels of state institutions and representatives of expert and non-governmental organisations involved in normative design.

Part of the EU4Business initiative, the EU-funded FORBIZ project supports Ukraine’s reform agenda and its economic recovery by proposing a systemic change to a more business-friendly environment, with a particular focus on SMEs. The project seeks to steer a shift in policy towards greater recognition of SMEs and the vital role they play in economic recovery, while addressing the challenge of reducing regulatory burden and risk for businesses.
